Alejandro Reyes and Daniel Lightfoot Talk Turf

Managing a great golf course can be as much about the complexity of managing a team as it is about the turf itself. So for Alejandro Reyes, Golf and Estates Manager at Le Golf National in France, the Turf Team Challenge is all about getting the best out of the great people he has around him now, and as he builds to a team of 160 greenkeepers in preparation for the greatest golf tournament in the World in September! 

Syngenta Business Manager, Daniel Lightfoot, met up with Alejandro earlier this year to find out more about the importance he places on education for the greenkeeping team at LGN, and his tips and tricks to keep the team motivated and maintain morale.
